PEPath is a mobile application that provides private equity recruiting preparation content, including interview questions, flashcards, curriculum modules, and process tracking tools. All content is for educational purposes.
PEPath offers in-app purchases for premium content access. All purchases are processed through the Apple App Store and are subject to Apple's terms and conditions. Prices are listed in the app and on our website.
The information provided in PEPath is for educational and informational purposes only. We make no guarantees about recruiting outcomes. Interview questions, model answers, and firm information are provided as study aids and may not reflect the most current practices at any specific firm.
All content within PEPath, including text, graphics, and software, is the property of PEPath and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from our content without written permission.
PEPath is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any damages arising from your use of the app, including but not limited to career decisions made based on app content.
PEPath offers auto-renewable subscriptions for premium content access. Payment is charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase. Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period. You can manage and cancel your subscriptions by going to your account settings on the App Store after purchase. Any unused portion of a free trial period will be forfeited when you purchase a subscription.
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the app constitutes acceptance of any changes.
