PEPath ("we," "our," or "the app") is committed to protecting your privacy. This policy explains how we handle your data.

Data Collection

PEPath stores all user data locally on your device using Apple's SwiftData framework. We do not collect, transmit, or store any personal data on external servers.

• Study progress (completed lessons, flashcard reviews, quiz scores) is stored locally on your device.
• Pipeline and contact data (firm names, contact information, notes) is stored locally on your device.
• Settings and preferences are stored locally on your device.

No Account Required

PEPath does not require you to create an account or provide any personal information to use the app.

No Third-Party Analytics

We do not use any third-party analytics, tracking, or advertising SDKs. We do not track your behavior within the app.

No Data Sharing

We do not share, sell, or transmit any user data to third parties.

Data Export

You can export your pipeline and contact data as CSV files at any time using the export function within the app. This data is exported to your device and shared only through methods you choose (email, AirDrop, etc.).

Data Deletion

You can delete all app data at any time by using the "Reset Progress" option in Settings or by deleting the app from your device.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this privacy policy from time to time. Any changes will be reflected on this page with an updated date.
